Spring 2021 Market Report

If you have any sort of interest in real estate, you probably don't have to read this article to know how crazy the real estate market is. As you're probably experiencing in your town, things are crazy and Teton Valley is no exception. Things are roaring. Without getting into the whys and hows, let's get you some statistics:

Teton Valley: Sales throughout Teton County, Idaho and Alta, Wyoming remained strong through 2021's first quarter. Dollar is at the highest point in a decade. Land values continue to soar, but Buyers seem to be showing some resistance with the gains.

Jackson: The Teton County, WY market hit it's highest 1st quarter sales dollars since 2010, despite sales being flat over the prior month. Sales are up significantly from the prior year, however.

Residential inventory remains low. Bare land inventory which has historically hovered around 500 available building sites throughout Teton County has made its way down to only 131 available building sites as of mid-April.
