River Rim Ranch

The Community

Located about 16 miles north of downtown Driggs, Idaho, River Rim Ranch sits atop a magnificent bench overlooking sections of the Teton River with the Teton Range abroad. River Rim Ranch is currently comprised of two developed sections, each approximately 1000 Acres. Division 1, on the North side of State Highway 33 features most of the infrastructure, with paved roads, an entry gate, a community-owned lodge, and over a dozen custom homes overlooking the Teton River. On the south side of State Highway 33, Division 2 offers lots surrounding Community open space all overlooking vast areas of farmland East towards the Teton range.

River Rim Ranch Real Estate

Division 1 of River Rim Ranch offers gated access, paved roads, access to the community owned Lodge. This section of River Rim Ranch also encompasses a portion of the Teton River in the canyon below, which has access points for fishing and recreation. This area North of State Highway 33 includes larger estate lots averaging approximately 3 acres, and a variety of tenth acre cabin sites surrounding the Overlook Lodge.

Division 2, located South of State Highway 33 offers a number of estate and cabin lots surrounding open space with a community fire pond in the center. Though these parcels do not overlook the Teton River to the Tetons beyond, they do overlook vast areas of farmland creating a dramatic Teton Valley experience.
