Representation & Negotiation: Before working with Buyers, before starting a negotiation process, the first step is identifying representation with our Sellers. This is agency law, and we are dedicated to adhering to that policy through closing.
Knowledge & Awareness: Understanding your property, it’s location, zoning, needs, & buyer base is key in proper marketing and closing a successful transaction at the highest possible purchase price. In most cases, a quality service and representation will pay for the service fees many times over. From professional photographs, to an understanding of easements, zoning and specific benefits related to highest and best use, our team works together to provide this information, and have it prepared before we go to market. The first days on market are crucial for a proper public display of your property.
Competitive rates for services: In most cases, closing a real estate transaction will require assistance from a third party such as a title or escrow company to provide title transfer assistance, title insurance, and escrow services.
