The Flats at Teton Peaks

Currently one of the largest projects underway in downtown Driggs, The Flats at Teton Peaks consists of 23 8-Plex buildings which will total 184 units plans to be built over five phases. Currently, plans include both 1 bed, 1 bath and 2 bed, 2 bath units. Finishes will be typical for the area with granite countertops LVP flooring, appliance package including stackable washer and dryer and a "VTAC" HVAC stack for both heating and cooling. Exterior finishes will include pre-finished composite siding, corrugated metal and stone and an architectural shingle roof.

Interestingly, the project will include a number of both workforce and short-term rental restricted units. Preliminarily, workforce units will require at least one occupant to have a full-time occupation in the county. Short-term rental restricted units will have a 30-night rental restriction, though this information is subject to change. It is likely that at least four units per phase will be rental or workforce restricted.

The community will feature amenities including playgrounds, pavilions and pickleball courts, fairly uncommon for the area. There may also be a reserved area for additional parking and parking for trailers, all yet to be finalized. HOA dues are planned at $200 per unit per month, which will include grounds maintenance, exterior maintenance and insurance and trash.

The developer is currently taking reservations with a $1,000 deposit, which will be refundable until the units are completed.
