Swan Valley, Idaho
Swan Valley isn’t known for its fine dining, shopping, or down town. Swan Valley is, however, known for its prime location in the heart of “South Fork” country. The South Fork of the Snake river is the spillway from Palisades Reservoir, flowing through Irwin, ID and Swan Valley, ID. This section of the Snake River is known for the World Class fly fishing opportunities suitable for enjoyment from the beginner to the most avid angler.
The elevation is at 5315′, and a small population of just 214 as of 2013.
