Mark Rockefeller

Mark moved to Idaho in 1976, took on 3 jobs for income in the then meager Teton Valley agricultural setting. Ohio born and raised, educated in Florida, residing there until age 26. Educational background: Certification as an aircraft technician at 18; 4 year university double major, BS degree both Psychology and Social Work, neither chose as his profession. City-Suburban Metro high crime rate in S. Florida caused belief that “too many people too close together, do not get along well”, drove Mark west, to find a mountainous, rural setting, less dense population, preferring more earthy, god loving people, lower humidity, clean air, wildlife and natural beauty, where he could raise a family and pursue his own business career. Gaining real estate sales experience, after three years Mark opened his own brokerage and development company, which has been Mark's gainful occupation since. Over 4.5 decades he has developed and sold out more than 20 quality residential projects in Teton Valley Idaho and Wyoming. Many of his developed projects have been owned by his regional farm & ranch neighbors or investors Mark generated, creating substantial profits or income for them through their latter years. Mark enjoys representing people to obtain their goals, which brings Mark occupational satisfaction, by providing valued brokerage services in return for compensation. Development services provided over decades include: Design layout, engineer and architectural coordination, drafting project CCR, contracting infrastructure installation, HOA organization, and structure design review / approval, also including farm-ranch, land, residential marketing and sales. Managing Partner involvement in a mixed-use commercial / residential entitlement development known as 300 Main Driggs expanded Mark's experience and professional relation. Mark also owns a Town and Country Cedar Homes franchise and has provided Construction Management services for quality custom homes in Teton region.
